AS 990

The newly developed AS 990 truck-mounted sweeper is far ahead of its rivals. Because of its particularly high sweeping speed and large collection capacity, it is simply made for demanding work on airports.

With its hopper capacity of 9.5 m³, sufficient space has been created. Thanks to its sweeping speed of up to 40 km/h, it manages to clean an area of approx. 140,000 m² per/h.

This fact, together with its operational flexibility, makes the AS 990 highly interesting from an economic point of view.

For winter operations, the machine can be equipped with a snow plough, for example, or be used to tow a sweeper blower.

A particularly corrosion-resistant suction shaft was specially designed for the intake of liquid materials, such as those used to melt ice. This option can be attached at the rear or between the axles, as desired.

The sets of brushes are towed, which helps prevent damage caused by driving over obstacles.

The AS 990 can be mounted onto all standard trucks.

The environmentally friendly air-extraction Diffuser allows only unpolluted air, free of dust particles, to be blown out.

The completely newly designed control system from within the driver's cabin is simple and logical and reduces the distraction of the driver to a minimum.

Additional equipment, such as a powerful permanent magnet beam for picking up magnetic objects over a clearing width of 2,400 mm, is optional.
